M888 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by m888 through the website m888-app.com or any related platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. • Freeze all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all account balances, bonuses, and outstanding winnings
• Blacklisting the individual from registering again in the future
• Reporting cases to the relevant authorities if fraudulent activity is confirmed

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. The full name registered must match with the name of the bank account or e-wallet owner used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or rejections.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the match resumes within 36 hours of the original scheduled time
• Bets placed on odds that are clearly erroneous (obvious error) may be voided by m888
• LIVE (in-play) bets are subject to streaming delays, and m888 is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information
• A parlay bet will be voided in its entirety if any of its legs involves a void match
• Evidence of fraud or match-fixing may result in the cancellation of any related bets

Closure by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the m888 customer support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all verification requirements are fulfilled and there are no outstanding unsettled bets.

Closure by m888: m888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate
• Uncertainty regarding a member's identity or age that cannot be verified
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Multiple Account Ownership
• Upon request by a competent authority

In cases of closure due to a violation, m888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. m888's decision regarding account closure is final once the internal review process is complete.

• M888 is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical faults, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• M888 is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites that may be linked from our platform
• M888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made in the 12 months preceding the claim
